About a year ago I posted an article about Shortsale Fraud on the Rise, and in the process ruffled quite a few feathers.
Today, the problem is worse than ever before, and both unsuspecting real estate agents as well as home sellers get entangled in transactions that often are fraudulent, and could bring with them significant consequences.
If you are a listing agent working shortsales or if you are a home owner contemplating a shortsale, then you need to be aware of the ‘red flags’.
